Account Number Display
In order to keep your account numbers confidential, only the last four digits of the account number are displayed with Online Banking.


Password Assistance
Now you can automatically reset your password when your log-in attempts have failed, or if you’ve forgotten your password. After you’ve correctly answered one of your challenge questions, you can request to have a new password emailed to your email address on file. This request can be made right from the password screen, any time day or night.


Layers of Security – Multi-Factor Authentication

Alerts to Help You Better Manage Your Finances
New alert options have been added to notify you when certain online activities have occurred. These alerts are sent to the email address included in your Heartland Bank profile. The following alerts can be used to notify you of activity on your accounts.
